Interesting Cuisine Kuching Food Court

Yes! Cuisine. Hermmm. This is the best part that i want to tell you all.
In Sarawak they have a lot of delicious and unique food that we never try before this.

What can I say about their food, it is very-very delicious and I enjoy the food very much. There are 6 types of cuisine that suit with my taste and I think it is quite interesting to share with all you.

UMAI UDANG

First is Umai Udang. Umai Udang is very famous in Sarawak. Umai Udang is a food that give us a new taste for us. It is not cook as we just only eat the scrimp by adding it with some lime juice.

MEE KOLOK

Next is Mee Kolok. Mee Kolok is a noodle with some beaf soup. What I can say about Mee Kolok, it is just like the same as Mee Sup but the taste is very different. It is very delicious and I sure if you guys try it, you will never regret!

MEE SUA

The third is Mee Sua, Mee Sua also one of my favorite food when I in Sarawak. Why I said like that? It is because, Mee Sua bring me such a new taste for me as they are a lot of ingredient that they put in the Mee Sua. It is awesome! Not only that, it is serve with a special soup and the soup is very nice!

TABALOI

The fourth is Tabaloi. Tabaloi is a food that made from sago. It is just like a biscuit and the taste is just like we eat the coconut biscuit but the main ingredient is sago. There are variety choice that we can choose as it have a lot of taste which is pandan, milk, chocolate, strawberry and many.

LINUT

The fifth food that I found interesting in Sarawak is Linut. The name of the food is just like very weird but it is not about the name, but it is all about the taste! Linut is something that made from sago but it is not like the Tabaloi. Linut is very interesting as we can eat the Linut with soup or any kind of cuisine or dishes. Besides that, the taste is very yummy and it is very chewy!

TUMPIK

The last food that i think the best in Sarawak is Tumpik. Tumpik is also made from sago but it is mix with the flour. Then, it is different from Tabaloi and also Linut. Tumpik is fined-grained sago and then it will be fried on frying pan. The Tumpik will be eaten with some brown sugar and the taste is so good. This two combination is very suitable and perfect!
